stands for Malaysia Crime Info-net, in which we strive to provide all sorts of
crime news happened in Malaysia and the rest of the world. We aimed to raise
the awareness of the people through this platform about the possibility of
crime that may happen to us at any place, any time.
What is the difference between
MCI and other online news platforms?
MCI
is an independent crime new platform hosted by White Eastern Sdn Bhd. We are
not same with other major news platform such as The Star and News Straights
Times. We are solely focusing on crime news and we are not the major player in
news industry. We are the platform to raise public awareness about personal and
home safety.
What is so special in MCI.my?
As
you can see in MCI.my, the focus is purely on crime news. However, on top of
that, we provide the service of “Report a Missing Person” in which we help to
post the details of the missing person in MCI.my, and we share it on Facebook
for a more effective and efficient way of looking for the relevant missing
person through the power of social media. However, there is a certain procedure
in submitting the request of use of the service. For example, to provide us the
police report as a document for us to proceed for the submission, is the first
criteria to fulfil.
